Brunch is the heart of City Sips: toasted sourdough, poached eggs, brisket, pancakes, salads, wraps and the seasonal drinks people come back for. The kitchen works with respected local suppliers, including Proof Artisan for sourdough, Country Fresh for vegetables and Draynes Farm for dairy produce.
The coffee matters too. City Sips serves the Ozone house blend, alongside traybakes, iced coffees and seasonal lattes.
